PARTNERSHIP

In its operation, the CPF INEZA needs to collaborate with other actors. Microfinance profession incorporates several stakeholders both professional and support. To evolve, it is essential to build relationships with several partner categories.

CATEGORIES OF PROSPECTIVE PARTNERS

1. Administrative partners

The exercise of the microfinance profession involves compliance with laws and specific instructions to implement. The regulation and supervision plans established relations and cooperation between CPF INEZA as a cooperative savings and credit, and administrative bodies at all levels. These administrative bodies are:

  • Ministries
  • provinces
  • cities
  • Districts
  • The administrative sectors
  • The BNR.

The laws, especially those concerning the statute of the National Bank of Rwanda (No. 11/97 of 11 July 1997), the regulation of banks and other financial institutions (n ° 08/99 of 18 June 1999) and the organization Cooperative Societies (No. 31/1988 of 12 October 1988), and the instructions of the NBR, especially those dealing with microfinance activities (No. 06/2002 from 09 July 2002) and on savings and credit cooperatives (No. 05/2003 of 26 June 2003) specify the type of mandatory or voluntary relationship to maintain with this partner category.

2. Professional Partners

Relations with this category are determined by the exercise of the same profession. Are, among others:

  •  The other microfinance institutions;
  •  Institutions or organizations supporting microfinance institutions;
  •  The microfinance associations or any collective institution with an interest in microfinance profession to which the CPF INEZA adhere.

3. Support Partners

Any individual or organization willing to support the CPF INEZA for the full completion of its mission of promoting interventions for the poor. This category primarily includes both internal and external donor funds and promoters have primarily taken place in initiating the CPF INEZA.
