– Physical Guarantees or not, the value is ≥ twice the amount of credit
– Formalities:
– Have an active account for at least 2 months
– Have at least 5% on current account
– Be the guarantor
– Be in good standing with the data of CRB
– Fund the project as per the case after analysis of activities to do (at least 2 slices)
– Provide documentation to planning permission and to the exacting environments
