CPF INEZA strategic goal is to deliver demanded driven financial products and services including financial education to productive poor especially Farmers, Youth, Women, SMEs and Agribusinesses therefore becoming a well-regarded and respected financial institution in the region by the end of 2024.
This strategic goal is temporarily subdivided into annual sub-goals as follows:
Year 1 goal: Successfully mitigate the risks of Covid 19 and having recovered from the effects of pandemic.
Year 2 goals: By the end of year 2 CPF INEZA will have modified loan and savings products especially the agriculture loan products as well as increased outreach.
Year 3 goals: Having well defined and operating digital financial services including agency banking, mobile banking and SMS notification services. By the end of the plan period, CPF INEZA will be operating agency banking, mobile banking as well as SMS notification businesses.
Year 4 goal: By the end of year 4 CPF INEZA has achieved highly in all key performance indicators including being operationally and financially sustainable with a high portfolio quality according to global and BNR standards.
Year 5 goal: Having diversified products and markets including special products for youth as well as a 5th (brick and mortar) branch fully operational.
